First off let me say that i am by no means in love with microsoft products but I also realize that you can’t live with out them….My first impressons of windows vista is oh this looks nice, but then i started to run a few programs on my Brand New Computer with specs that way surpass vista’s requirements only to find that half of them either don’t run at all or run so badly that it is not really worth the effort…I think at best this final release of vista was only to save face for being so late and pushing back the release dates so many times kinda like what steve jobs keeps doing with the next version of OS X but I suppose the real question here is it better to rush out a product to appease the public or just wait until it is actually ready for the everyday use? After all it only took XP about 5 years to become a good solid operating system. So in parting I would strongly suggest waiting a year or so before spending the money on a new computer to run a OS that just isn’t ready.

I helped a friend set their new computer up and after using XP for a s long as I have, I find that I dislike Vista. I came to that conclusion when I had the hardest time installing Microsoft Word on the computer when my computer, with XP, had no problems at all and was so simple.
We ordered another computer at our office. I was setting it up when I noticed a very funny that the label on Microsoft Office 2007.
It said, “You may experience problems while installing Windows XP”. I shook my head and didn’t install it. I just put Office 2003 on that machine instead.
Got to love Microsoft. They finally have a great product with XP and Office 2003 and they had to go change it to make our lives more difficult. Apple is looking better and better!
