Since as long as I can remember I’ve been what you would call a technology hobbyist and a gadget geek. I can remember way back when I got my very first Commodore 64 and spending hours upon hours in front of my TV screen. Back then it was mostly gaming and basic programming, but it was the beginning of a long love for computers and technology. (I hope the Commodore 64 doesn’t age me to bad, LOL.)
When I wasn’t computing or gaming I found interest in my fathers business. He always had the dream of owning his own business and making it on his own. As a young boy I admired this and of course wanted to be just like him. The business wasn’t tech related, as a matter of fact it was far from that, but it sprouted the entrepreneurial roots that continue to flourish in me today. Time went on and unfortunately my fathers business failed. This only made me want to succeed more, and walk a different walk than the rest of world. Eventually, I had to get a job and start paying my own bills. While doing this the entrepreneurial spirit would not die. I couldn’t deny these strong feelings and decided to go for it. Hence was born my very own tech company.
After several years of this I continued to look for other opportunities to fulfill my entrepreneurial needs and knew it had to be something I loved to do for it to be successful. Having spent hours of my life online and in front of a computer screen, I thought to myself, wouldn’t it be great if I could make a living online. So I started doing some research and came across Adsense. I already had a website so this would be great to try out and see how it works. I threw a few ads up on my site and in the first month made a nice little chunk of change. It wasn’t much, but it was enough to peek my interest in the world of online monitization. After months of learning and reading, JAWJAB was born and continues to take on it’s own life. However, at the present time I have no forms of monitization on JAWJAB and am doing it to earn readership and friendships. I hope you enjoy JAWJAB as much as I have enjoyed creating it and watching it grow.

Way back in the MS DOS 6.22 days I got my first taste of computers when my father bought me a computer one summer. Once I got it setup I realized that I could write simple menus and little programs that served no real purpose, but I was hooked from then on.
Through school I was always messing around with my 386 computer and dot matrix printer making banners just because I thought it was cool, but once I got out of high school it was time to choose a career so I picked Computer Networking because at the time the Internet was just starting to become a little mainstream. The ironic thing is that today I do not work in technology but I do keep up with all the latest gadgets and technology products.
The thing that drew me to blogging other than my partner Chris was the fact that I could have fun researching and testing out stuff and also pursue one of my biggest interest which is writing articles (I really love to throw strong opinions out there). So to tell you the truth I would love for blogging to be a side business with some income but first and foremost I really enjoy it and that is what keeps me posting.
